Barbara Geater, MD

Barbara Geater, MD, is a skilled internist and wound care specialist at VIP Wound in Holly Springs, Mississippi, and Memphis, Tennessee. 

A native Memphian, Dr. Greater graduated from the University of Tennessee-Memphis College of Health Sciences School of Medicine, where she earned her medical degree. Then, she completed her Family Medicine internship and residency at the Tuscaloosa Family Practice Residency Program of the University of Alabama, College of Community Health Sciences. 

At VIP Wound, Dr. Greater treats a range of conditions including various types of ulcers, burns, lymphedema, skin tears, and more. 

Dr. Greater understands the importance of staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in medicine and maintains active memberships with several professional organizations, including the American College of Sports Medicine, American Academy of Family Physicians, Memphis Medical Association, Bluff City Medical Association, and Tennessee Medical Association.
